The Certified Sommelier Examination is the second level in the CMS-A examinations. The examination focuses on a candidate’s ability to demonstrate proficiency in deductive tasting, wine & beverage theory, and both technical as well as salesmanship skills in table-side service. Enrollment for the Certified Sommelier Exam closes 8 days prior to the program.
